Meet the team

Prior to her appointment in January 2021, Nicola worked for over 15 years in economic development, investment and SME lending.  She held senior roles with Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the Royal Bank of Scotland. 

Nicola has extensive experience leading investments in a range of sectors and industries.  Based in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland she also has knowledge of rural and community investment.
