Meet the team

Paul joined the Bank from Highlands and Islands Enterprise where he led on external funding and investment activities.

A Chartered Banker, he has 20 years' corporate and commercial banking experience. Paul has held senior roles with several Scottish PLCs including Scottish Widows, Bank of Scotland and more recently RBS, he has extensive transaction experience covering a wide range of sectors working with start-ups through to large enterprises.
