I joined the Bank as I’m passionate about the difference that well invested public capital can make to society. The Bank’s three missions mean that our investments are targeted at improving the lives of people across Scotland and beyond. Seeing the impact that our investments have made, whether that’s exciting places, innovative companies or bold new technologies, makes me proud to work for the Bank.

I’m inspired by the sheer number of great ideas and technologies that Scotland generates, and being able to support those innovators and entrepreneurs to grow their companies with the Bank’s capital helps stimulate the Scottish economy and makes sure that the benefits of Scotland’s innovative culture are felt right here.
