Meet the team

 I joined the Bank because I wanted to deliver on a clear purpose. The Bank's mission-driven approach appealed to me, as it allows me to see how my role directly impacts these missions. Although I don't work directly with investments, I support and enable those who do, which is equally important.

 I'm fortunate that I've had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues all across the Bank and share my knowledge and enthusiasm. I really get to learn about the various processes that make the Bank what it is and colleagues are open to being challenged on finding more efficient ways within this.

The culture at the Bank is something I felt immediately upon starting. People feel comfortable being themselves while delivering amazing work. The Bank is the first place where I have truly felt that I belong, and I hope to continue contributing to its success every day.
