From day one, I’ve found the Bank to be a very welcoming and inclusive place to work. I’ve been involved in a wide range of deals across many sectors and each one has helped build my knowledge of the Scottish business ecosystem.

What I enjoy most about working at the Bank is that, in every investment we make, we can truly see the impact being delivered in Scotland. Whether this is helping to decarbonise industry on a path to net zero or supporting the creation of innovative products from our brilliant universities, it feels like the work we do really does makes a difference. 

One thing that has been the major positive of working at the Bank is the culture. This is the first company I’ve worked at where it truly is embedded in everything we do. Everyone is so welcoming and eager to work collaboratively to achieve success. There are no egos and given the range of backgrounds of our people, there is always someone who can lend their expertise in any area of investments.
