Meet the team

I wanted to join the Bank for its mission ambitions and to align my skills with doing something positive for society overall. 

I also thought that joining the Bank at an early stage it would be an excellent and unique opportunity to contribute to shaping what the organisation for the future – given our size we do have the ability to impact and collaborate across the Bank to shape it for the future – something I have really enjoyed about working here. 

I love the variety of work I have in my role, from getting involved in more strategic type projects to the day job and the variety of investee opportunities we come across. I think this is a real selling point from a job perspective and something that is hard to find elsewhere in the industry. 

The people are also a massive selling point, everyone who has joined the Bank has typically done so for similar reasons, so everyone’s goals and ambitions are so well aligned to our missions. This definitely helps drive the positive and inclusive culture we’ve managed to build and continue to feed.
